Welcome to EUPASS
The idea behind EUPASS is that future production systems for micro-assembly should be based on a recognisable, open and well-chosen architecture. This architecture will enable standardisation amongst different suppliers and enables the realisation of a production system significantly faster and more reliable than in the past.

EUSPEN event is coming up again
The 7th International Conference of the European Society for Precision Engineering and Nanotechnology (euspen) will this year be held again in the heart of North West Germany in the Bremen Congress Centre from 20th till 24th of May 2007.
WP2 preliminary version of tools
At the end of month 24 of the EUPASS project, the activities related to the project's WP2 are now in the full modules development stage.
Roadmap
The latest Roadmap delivered by WP1 represents the long-term internal roadmapping effort. That is to say that it goes beyond a survey of the current EUPASS state-of-affairs in relation to global R&D and gives a portrait of what would need to be done should EUPASS go beyond its time span and into a 10-year period.
